Cancellation Policy.
You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated – by sending an email to support@encouragekurtis.com Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.
If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.
If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.
Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be canceled.
In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of cancellation of the order.
Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled.
If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.
